How Do I Keep My Self Updated : My Subscriptions - 01

Posted by cyborg83 on February 16, 2008

Here I stand for each Individual.

Let me start with I first :))
Well ppl wonder what all subscription I have, not much. But still to be updated all the time you need subscription. Basically there are two methods I use :

1 - iGoogle
2 - Mail Subscription

In this world of easy Information access you cannot go and say to someone that because I didn’t have info I couldn’t do the assignment. Rather being an excuse to save you, you make a fool of yourself. This is because somebody else have made a use of various READY TO USE resources to complete the work more intelligently.

You have to keep your self updated, by HOOK or CROOK. You read news paper, magazines, watch news, here news, or read from internet, its totally your choice. Speaking from my heart probably Internet is the best resource where you can get all the information you need, according to your customization, in a single roof/interface.

I will be covering this in detail in the next posts.

Internal events - the begining

Posted by siescoms on February 15, 2008

Hello People

We started taking charge of the events this year with the Independence day with a bang. b4 us the seniors at SIESCOMS had organized a Biz Quiz and a Mock Stock event too. It was the 1st time we had organized an event. Lots of chaos and running around too. But no learning without blunders too, guess u wudnt beg to differ on this one!!!! wud u???

Well then 1st things 1st! Speaking about the Biz Quiz. The questions were certainly mind boggling. The suspense, as regards to the winners, nail-biting.There was also a tie towards the end to top it all. While Ajay Sharma(Internal Events Committee member! And a very active 1 at that) & Shekhar stood walked away with the crown. Sachin & Milind(perhaps the only team from A div in teh finals) came a close 2nd too!

Since it was the 1st Internal Event for the year there was a lot of enthu audience too!!! )

Well will b back to enunciate on the other Internal Events conducted this year in a jiffy!!!

C ya. Ending on this note!!! Tc.
